The Begining
The Accelerai journey began in 2018 when our ecommerce developers & marketing experts from one of our other brands got involved in AI. They wanted to build an app which could drive & automate business decisions for the clients they supported.
What they wanted to do was to build a decision & automation engine which would eat huge amounts of data on an ongoing basis from online shops as well as from leading industry experts. We wanted to build something that would make us 100X more efficient at our jobs and which would automate a lot of the mundane routine tasks.
Ultimately we were too early & the commercial interest in AI from this client base didn’t justify the investment at that point. We were a profitable software, development & marketing company and our clients demanded we continue doing what we do. AI was a seriously interesting field for us but it was all R&D – there was no commercial interest.
Fast Forward
Since Google & other platforms opened their AI tools to developers we’ve been coding full speed towards AI based solutions.
Instead of spending years developing solutions we now have the opportunity to deploy them in months.
Whilst we continue to operate another ecommerce development company Accelerai was spun out as its own agency specializing in just AI.
We are global
We are a London based company but our developers & AI experts work worldwide & we will continue to expand as the market for AI services grows.
